In the subject line, type anything you wish.
In the first line of the body of the message, type: subscribe
enw
Send the e-mail.
If you were successful in subscribing, you will receive a
message indicating that you were added to the mail list.
To unsubscribe from the Electronic Neighborhood Watch:

un-subscribing, you will receive
a message indicating that you have been removed from the mail list.
If you have problems with the mail list, you can e-mail the
list moderator.
If you have problems, you can also be added or removed manually from the list be sending a
message to the list moderator.
